Shipping and delivery is based on the carrier's time and shipping abilities. We will ship as soon as the product is ready and payment has been received.

All items purchased from Gun Village are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns are only accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. We will provide a replacement (pending availability) or a full refund and pay the return shipping cost on all firearms and accessories found defective upon receipt. For your added convenience, we will also arrange for the defective items to be picked up and returned to us by the original shipper.

VERY IMPORTANT:

FIREARM RETURNS: Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we do not reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect after the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. If we do receive a defective firearm that has already been transferred, we will simply forward the firearm to the manufacturer on your behalf. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

If your ordering other products you can order via the website or you can place orders over the phone.

Payment can be made through Credit Card, Money Order, or Cash. Please note that Firearms can only be process by Offline Credit Card Payments, Money Order, or Cash

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer orders one, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Gun Village will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Promotional pricing is only based on availability and can be withdrawn when at any time.

As our terms and conditions state, it is your responsibility to maintain your account information. Please visit the My Account section of our website to maintain your account information.

After you have placed your order and you cancel the order you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Adding items to an existing order will not be charged any additional fee.

If you purchase a firearm and are not legally able to and the transferring FFL cannot sell it to you, you will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee and all incurred shipping charges.

In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will return the money

By placing an order you agree to pay this restocking fee should you cancel your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but changes were made in order to keep our prices low for our customers.

Firearms normally ship within 3 to 7 working days after we have received your payment and a copy of the Federal Firearms License from the FFL you have selected.

Non-firearm orders normally ship from 3 to 7 days after we receive your order and payment.
